Tammy A. Marche is a cognitive developmental psychologist specializing in memory development and is Professor of Psychology and Department Chair at St. Thomas More College, University of Saskatchewan. Her teaching and research fall under the domains of cognitive, developmental, forensic, and educational psychology. Research in her lab focuses on advancing the experimental literature on memory and extending this research to more applied settings. In general, she focuses on factors that produce memory accuracy and inaccuracy across the lifespan. She has examined the effects of repeated retrieval on forgetting, memory for emotionally negative experiences, the accuracy of children’s testimony, and children’s memory for pain.
